My name is Agnieszka Olech (née Graca).
I’m an archivist by profession and passion 🙂
My adventure with archival research began a long, long time ago; probably when I was a child.
I’ve always enjoyed listening to various interesting stories told by family and friends.
I’ve always been interested in times gone by, in the way things used to be.
I also often liked to write down what I heard so it wouldn’t be lost forever. And if I write it down, I write it down 😉
And so, slowly, my education and professional experience became compatible with my interests.
And so, in a twist of fate, I started this blog to share with you both my archival work methodology and various interesting archival and historical facts.
